Toncoin (TON) Partners with UAE to Offer Golden Visa via $100K Staking Program

Toncoin (TON) has collaborated with the United Arab Emirates to introduce a blockchain-based route to the UAE's 10-year Golden Visa. Participants can stake $100,000 worth of TON tokens for three years, replacing the traditional real estate investment requirement of over $500,000.

Staked tokens remain under the user's control but are locked during the staking period. A one-time processing fee of $35,000 applies, with visa approval expected within seven weeks. Family members can be included under the same visa with standard government fees.

The staked tokens are projected to yield 3-4% annually, though returns depend on market conditions. This initiative highlights the growing synergy between cryptocurrency innovation and national policy frameworks, offering a streamlined solution for digital nomads and crypto entrepreneurs.
